Britney’s son gets hurt in fight

Britney Spears has filed a police report after one of her sons was injured during a brawl between her bodyguard and a photographer.



Las Vegas cops said that they were alerted to a disturbance at the Wynn HotelCasino just before midday when the troubled star’s bodyguard Julio Camera and hit a paparazzo who was trying get pictures of the singer.

Britney filed a crime report on behalf of one of her sons saying another snapper, Kyle Henderson, had hurt her son and her bodyguard in an earlier clash.

It is not yet clear which of her two sons - Sean Preston, 22 months, or Jayden James, 10 months - was caught up in the scuffle.

Police did not immediately file charges against the pap but Britney’s bodyguard has been cited for misdemeanor battery.

Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s estranged dad, who was recently released from a two-year stint in a New York state prison over a DUI, tells TMZ that he’s partly to blame for his daughter’s constant problems with drugs, booze and the law.



In an exclusive conversation with TMZ, Lindsay’s dad said that he doesn’t believe that the 21-year-old can survive this latest DUI storm on her own, and wants to put the nasty custody fight with his estranged wife Dina on hold, in a last ditch effort to save their daughter’s life. “I want to withdraw everything — court wise — sit down with Dina as Lindsay’s parents and figure out how to help her,” Lohan said. “Lindsay can’t do this on her own … when we were together, none of this was happening.”
